Manager of Business Development
Mr. Broussard’s Business Development tenure spans more than 14 years. His early career began in the drilling and completions sector of the oil and gas industry with service organizations that offered a multitude of fit-for-purpose solutions around the wellhead. During his early role in field sales, where the nature of daily business is highly competitive and longevity is determined only by account success, Mr. Broussard obtained the necessary skills required to be a lasting sales professional. In 2011, Mr. Broussard embraced change and opportunity, and joined the BlueFin team with aim to grow both the organization’s rental equipment line as well as assist in marketing the recently-launched Pipeline & Process product service line. With a depth of understanding the full life cycle of carbon energy extraction and delivery, Mr. Broussard combined the value of face-to-face client engagement early on, coupled with the lasting principles of trust and loyalty, and earned a management position during BlueFin’s greatest period of growth. Currently he divides his time between maintaining his client posture within the industry and passing those skills onto BlueFin’s business development team.
Mr. Broussard earned a bachelor’s degree in Political Science from LSU in 2002. He is a dedicated husband and proud father of two, who also enjoys spending time coaching team sports, cooking and dedicating his energy towards community betterment.
